Phyto-Estrogenic Herbs for Breast Enhancement

What are phyto-estrogens?

Phyto-estrogens are simply plant estrogens that have an estrogenic effect on the human body. Many of the active ingredients in popular breast enhancement supplements contain several well-known phyto-estrogenic herbs, such as Pueraria Mirifica (PM).

Phyto-estrogenic herbs have long been used for natural breast enhancement as well as for breast cancer prevention and other hormone-related problems such as menopause.

How do phyto-estrogens cause breast enhancement?

Estrogen is a key factor in the growth of breasts and it is abundantly produced during puberty, causing the initial growth spurts in boob-age that occur during this time. It is also a predominate hormone during pregnancy and is hugely responsible for the sudden, huge, and welcome breast growth spurts experienced during this time.

ah, fond times.

By providing the body with phyto-estrogens, you are able to stimulate the breast growth that occurs with increased estrogen levels. Phyto-estrogens stimulate the adipose tissue of breasts, which cause breasts to become engorged and toned. Phytoestrogen takes the role of estrogens in the female bodies. Find out more about the most important hormones for breast growth!

What are some phyto-estrogenic herbs?

The most popular phyto-estrogenic herbs are listed below.

Pueraria Mirifica

Pueraria Mirifica is a very potent phyto-estrogenic plant hailing from Thailand. It’s been hailed as a wonder-plant panacea for everything from breast enhancement to alleviation of menstrual cramps and menopause symptoms, and a boon for skin and hair care.

An herb with a potent taste of celery and maple syrup, fenugreek has long been a darling of the breast enhancement industry. Fenugreek seeds contain various plant phyto-estrogens and diosgenin, which provide a mastogenic effect resulting in enhanced breast size. The seeds, in addition to female steroid precursors, also contain compounds that increase healthy breast tissue.

Fenugreek has been used in American folk medicine as a menstruation promoter and is still used by Indian Ayurvedic physicians to increase the milk supply of nursing mothers.

Additional benefits: Alleviates menopause symptoms, aids digestion and relieves constipation, reduces cholesterol, controls diabetes, relieves diarrhea, promotes milk production in nursing mothers.

Our favorite is Motherlove’s Fenugreek Extract (it’s alcohol-free). Get it on Amazon!

We also highly recommend Natureday’s FULFILLMENT Breast Enlargement Liquid Extract. This stuff is fantastic and contains a potent mix of Fenugreek, Fennel, Blessed Thistle, Saw Palmetto and Dong Quai.

Yet another very popular herb for breast enhancement, Fennel is second only to Fenugreek in estrogenic compounds (not counting PM, of course – PM is in a class of its own for a reason). It’s also been used throughout history to enhance breast size and promote milk production in nursing mothers. Fennel is rich in phyto-nutrients that enhance breast growth.

Additional benefits: Alleviates asthma symptoms and heartburn, decreases high blood pressure and increases sexual appetite, used to treat amenorrhea, angina, and heartburn.

Fennel is relatively easy to procure and is best consumed as a tea.

You can get Nature Way’s fennel extract on Amazon, but we recommend you try fennel as a tea. You can organic fennel seed on Amazon as well.

We also highly recommend Natureday’s FULFILLMENT Breast Enlargement Liquid Extract. This stuff is fantastic and contains a potent mix of Fenugreek, Fennel, Blessed Thistle, Saw Palmetto and Dong Quai.

Not technically a herb so much as a plant, soy is wonderful for your health and chock-full of phyto-estrogens.

Red Clover

Red Clover is a perennial native to Europe, Asia and Africa with strong phyto-estrogen and phyto-progestin properties.

You can get it in capsules or as a liquid extract.

Milk Thistle

Milk thistle is not only known for its phyto-estrogenic properties, but is also popularly used as a liver tonic, to “support healthy liver function*” and overall well being. Just keep in mind that it is milk thistle plant extract that has phytoestrogenic properties. In contrast, the more commonly found milk thistle seed extract does not.

We recommend using a milk thistle plant extract as a weaker phytoestrogenic herb (with pueraria mirifica and fenugreek being much stronger) and the milk thistle seed extract to detox occasionally to make your breast enhancement pills more effective.

Licorice is probably well-known to you as a not-so-popular jellybean flavor. But don’t let this discourage you! This herb is commonly used as a vitalizing herbal tonic and has phyto-estrogen, phyto-progestin, anti-androgen properties. Plus, it increases prolactin as well!

Our favorite is Nature’s Answer’s alcohol-free licorice root extract!
