The Best Oils to Use for Breast Enhancement Massage
You could totally do breast enhancement massages without any oils....but why would you want to?
The truth is - adding an all-natural oil or two into your breast massages helps the massage go easier while simultaneously nourishing and moisturizing your breasts (thus preventing against undesirables like stretch marks). Our favorite natural oils below are chock full of vitamins, minerals and skin-elasticity-promoting fatty acids so if you want to give your breasts a little TLC while helping them grow, you'll want to grab one of the oils below to add into your daily massage routine!
Oh, the below oils are also recommended for those of you using breast enlargement pumps since oils help the cups suction better and thanks to their slippery nature, prevent your tender breast skin from becoming over-stretched during pumping sessions. Just FYI ๐
COCONUT OIL
Coconut oil is a personal favorite - it's not too oily and will absorb nicely into your skin while at the same time it's lubricating enough to be ideal for breast massages. It also smells delish ๐
We also like using this oil with breast enhancement topicals and extracts since coconut oil's fatty acids have one of the smallest molecular structures found in plant oils, which penetrate easily into the skinโ. Not to mention coconut oil's versatility - you can also use it as a moisturizer for your face and body, a hair oil, and even as a cooking oil!
BORAGE OIL
Unlike coconut oil above, borage oil is thicker and ideal for those who like a little bit of resistance for their breast massage. Ideally, we like using the lighter coconut oil for the fat transfer massage and the thicker borage oil for Chi rotations.
Borage oil also comes with the added benefit of being the richest source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which is a potent inhibitor of 5-alpha-reductase. 5-alpha-reductase is simply what converts "temporary" testosterone into more potent DH Testosterone. This makes borage oil a great option to keep your testosterone levels down during natural breast enhancement. โ
EVENING PRIMROSE OIL
You should be warned that this lovely-sounding oil doesn't smell anything like roses. But that being said, it's one of the best breast growth-boosting oils to add into your massages (and maybe take internally).
That's mainly 'cause evening primrose oil is also high in GLA, 'though not as much as borage oil above (borage is around 20% GLAs while evening primrose oil is around 8 to 10%). โIt's also not as thick as borage oil but more absorbent - so use it if you plan on wearing clothes right after your massage and want to make sure the oil won't stain.
We like Nature's Way's Cold-Pressed Evening Primrose Oil. โ
AVOCADO OIL
Avocado oil is very rich and extremely moisturizing, which makes it perfect for breast massages during the harsh, dry winter months. But the best thing about it is that it's great with heat.
While most oils tend to go rancid or oxidize when exposed to high heat, avocado oil can handle hotness. That's why we recommend this oil for those trying our DIY booby batter recipes - you'll get to extract the most potent breast enhancement ingredients and the skin-nourishing benefits of this rich oil. โ
EMU OIL
Emu oil is different from every other oil on this list for the simple fact that it comes from an animal called the emu. And that's what gives it is unique advantage - emu oil's claim to fame is that the fatty acid profile in emu fat is essentially identical to our skin cellsโ profile, making it easier to absorb and assimilate.
That's what allows it to penetrate deeply โ through all seven layers of skin. This makes emu oil an ideal oil to mix with other breast enhancement topicals for your breast massage.
Extra bonus? Emu oil is great for treating and preventing stretch marks, thanks to its ability to actually thicken and โplumpโ the underlying skin layers.
