As we mentioned earlier, there is no ONE correct way of taking Pueraria Mirifica. Some say you should take it throughout the month, some say your should ONLY take it during the latter half of your cycle (the Luteal phase) and others say you should take it ONLY during the first half of your cycle (the Follicular phase).
In this article, we’re going to discuss the latter method only: Taking Pueraria Mirifica for breast enhancement only on the first 15 days of your cycle.
The chart below shows a simple snapshot of what your hormones are doing all month. Starting from the first day of your period, estrogen levels begin to rise little-by-little until it peaks during ovulation.
The first period is called the Follicular Phase and as you can see in the chart – estrogen is the most dominant hormone during this period. This is why certain people advocate the taking of Pueraria Mirifica during the first 15 days of your cycle – simply because the phytoestrogens in PM will simply serve as additional estrogen in your body, at the time that estrogen is most in use.
If you decide to follow this cycling method, you might also want to boost your body’s natural progesterone levels during the second period of your cycle – the Luteal phase. As you can see on the chart, the most dominant hormone during the second half of your cycle is progesterone.
You can boost your body’s natural progesterone levels in two simple ways:
1. Add a herb to your regimen that is abundant in natural phyto-progesterone
2. Add a progesterone cream to your breast enhancement regimen
Both are great options, although we’re not comfortable recommending a pure progesterone cream at the time. Instead, we’d like to recommend Emerita’s PRO-GEST. It’s the original, natural and paraben-free progesterone cream recommended by Dr. John Lee, the hormone expert and author of Hormone Balance Made Simple.
