Q&A: Bovine Ovary and Progesterone Cream for Tubular Breasts?

I am 17 years old and I have tubular breasts. My breasts never really developed ever since I was 12 possibly due to the fact I was on birth control because of severe PMS. I have read about Bovine Ovary and I was wondering if it is safe for my age and if i can use progesterone cream along side with it. I am planning on getting off hormonal birth control so how long after do I wait to start natural breast enhancement with progesterone cream.

Hi and thanks for writing in 🙂

Sorry to hear about the severe PMS. Can we make a suggestion? It’d be great if you could do a simple detox for at least a week or two before you start natural breast enhancement to help your body flush out the last of your birth control pills.

Also, we’d advise that you also add a hormone-balancing supplement to your natural breast enhancement plans. Both vitex and maca are great for supporting hormonal health. There are other hormone-balancing herbs like shatavari, but we recommend you stick to either vitex or maca since they don’t contain any phytoestrogens.

As for taking bovine ovary, if you’ve already had your period for a few years – it’s fine for your age. But as we mention here, you need a body temperature above 98.2 for it to be effective for you.

And yes, you can use BO and progesterone cream together – use the bovine ovary all month and progesterone cream during the second half of your cycle (your luteal phase). You can find a chart here.

Okay and lastly – ‘though this wasn’t your question, we just have to add that…bovine and progesterone creams are both great for tubular breasts but considering your age (you are old enough for BO but your breasts might not have finished growing) and your PMS symptoms, it might be best that you leave the hormonal options as just options for now and go for a breast enlargement pump instead.

Both Bosom Beauty and Noogleberry are totally non-hormonal and will fill in and round out your breasts.

Good luck and happy growing!

As someone who also has tubular breast syndrome, I think this Q&A was pretty informative! But I am not sure what you mean by her being old for Bovine Ovary pills? Did you mean that she is old enough for them instead? I am considering taking the pills by Swanson as well, but if I am too old for them (I am turning 25 this year) – then it’s back to the research desk for me!

Hi Sara, good catch! Yes, that is definitely a typo – corrected now, thanks to you – and it should say “old enough for BO.” You’re definitely not too old for BO!
