5 Delicious Teas to Boost Your Bust

Teas are simply perfection. They’re highly weather-versatile, come in a million and two flavors, and contain tons of good stuff that do everything from protecting you from disease (thanks to antioxidants!), helping you burn fat (i.e. EGCG in green tea), to keeping you energized and focused (again, green tea is great for this).

Not to mention that some definitely aid in breast enhancement efforts. So, let’s get to it – my favorite teas to boost your bust while enjoying oneself.

Ginger and Honey Tea

ginger and honey. mmm.

Ginger has long been used in China for its breast enhancing and overall health benefits. It’s known to increase body temperature, which is especially good if you are taking Bovine Ovary.

Oh, and did we mention ginger’s been shown to have cancer cell-killing properties?

To drink, simply chop up a few pieces of ginger and boil it for 20 minutes, add in some honey and enjoy.

Or…if you’re the adventurous type, you can even enjoy it fresh. I’ve been taking raw ginger and running it through the blender with some Apple Cider Vinegar and cranberry extract (plus, a little raw honey).  It’s crazy addictive yummy.

Fennel Tea

positively addicting.

Fennel is high in estrogen content and has historically been used to promote milk production in nursing mothers.

According to the Journal of Ethnopharmacology, fennel contains the medicinal compounds dianethole and photoanethole, which can alter estrogen levels within the human body.

he best way to drink fennel is to get your hands on some fennel seeds and steep them in boiled water for 10 minutes.

Bonus: Fennel is also famous for reducing sugar levels. Not to mention that it’s one of the best herbs for digestion – fennel has a reputation for reducing bloating, indigestion, flatulence and even IBS thanks to its oil compounds which get gastric juices flowing to aid digestive health. Not so bad for such a smooth, yummy tea.

Fenugreek Tea

smells maple syrup-y. yum.

Of course you’ve already heard of fenugreek – it’s about the best-known breast enhancement herb out there 🙂

And it’s no surprise why – fenugreek contains diosgenin, which has estrogenic properties and is used to make synthetic estrogen. Of all the herbs (not including pueraria mirifica, which is a root) – fenugreek has the highest concentrations of estrogenic compounds which is why it’s so widely used promote the growth of new breast cells and increase the size and fullness of breasts.

More good news? Fenugreek’s also known to stabilize blood sugar levels and foster clear thinking.

To drink it in tea form, you’ll want to get some fenugreek seeds and steep them in boiling water for an hour before enjoying.

Bustea!

a motley of bust-boosting herbs.

Bustea! is a breast enhancement tea by Greenbush Natural Products. It contains fenugreek, licorice root, fennel, caraway seed, dill, basil, lemongrass, anise, and marjoram.

Most of these herbs are well-known for their breast enhancement benefits, some more for their taste. You already know that fenugreek and fennel are breast enhancement herbs and so is licorice root – this awesome herb not only adds delicious sweetness but is a prime breast enhancement herb that supports and stimulates the adrenal glands. And it’s a true multi-tasker: it has estrogenic properties, it stimulates prolactin, and it blocks testosterone production.

Overall, this tea is a great, tasty way of getting a bunch of breast enhancing herbs in one formula.

Plus, Greenbush uses only organic herbs.

Spearmint Tea

refreshingly delicious.

Spearmint tea is included on this list not so much for its growth benefits, but for its blocking benefits. You see, it’s known to have significant anti-androgen effects (blocking your body’s testosterone), which are an impediment to breast growth.

Spearmint tea is especially great for biological males who are embarking on natural breast enhancement as well as women for blocking male hormones to enhance breast growth.

It’s potent enough to even alter the hormonal profiles in women with hirsutism (a condition with unwanted hair growth on the body). Considering 5 cups of spearmint tea a day is enough to combat extreme hairiness, we think just 1 – 2 cups a day would be enough of an anti-androgen for most women.

Happy sipping.
